Features

◆ One-component RTV silicone rubber, dealcoholized curing, is completely cured without odor;

◆ Excellent adhesion performance, so it has perfect adhesion performance with many material (for glass, aluminum, ceramics, ABS, PBT, PET, PVC and PC) ,generally primer solution is no used;

◆ Superior ability of anti-high-low temperature, little performance changing between -50℃ and +180℃;

Main Application

◆Adhesion and seal of lamps such as energy-saving lights and automobile lights;

◆Structural adhesive and seal of various glass, aluminum material, and engineering plastics;

◆Designed for high strength and flexible bonding applications, for example, where the coefficients of thermal expansion of the bonded materials is inconsistent, such as adhesion of glass to metal and glass to plastic.

Usage

1. The optimal construction environment of the sealant should be constructed in a clean environment with temperature at 4°C to 40°C and relative humidity between 40% and 80%;

2. In order not to affect the bonding effect, all surfaces are recommended for degreasing and decontamination and are ensured clean and dry. Suitable solvents include isopropanol, acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.

3. Apply the sealant to the pretreated surface and quickly cover the other side to be bonded.

4. When exposed to moisture at the condition of room temperature and 50% relative humidity, the sealant crusts on the surface within 10 to 20 minutes. Apply a tool to scrape off excess sealant before the surface is crusted, and you will use a spatula to easily hang the cured surface;

Safety Instruction

The user should check the product's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) information before using the product.

Sealant products are nontoxic after fully cured, but the user should avoid contacting with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor; uncured products should be kept out of contact with children. The product will release small molecular substances during the curing process, and ventilation should be paid attention to in the area of construction and curing, preventing the high concentration of small molecular substances from being too harmful for people.
